The all new “Cotswold Roaster”, developed by Mike Wright of the Cotswold Roast and BBQ Co and built in the U.K., is a multifunctional alfresco spit roasting oven made entirely from catering grade stainless steel. It can roast whole deer, lamb, chicken, pigs and catering turkeys all up to a maximum of 80kg.
Example: 55kg animal takes 4-4.5 hours to cook. 100kg of topside beef cooks in 3 hours.
It can also double up as a griddle, bar-b-q and bain marie.
The “Cotswold Roaster" can be used indoors provided the gas is located outdoors
(to comply with fire regulations).
Our robust Spit Roasters and Gas Barbeques are manufactured to survive and thrive in the British garden, whilst shrugging off rain and eliminating corrosion.
