The all new “Cotswold Roaster”, developed by Mike Wright of the Cotswold Roast and BBQ Co Ltd and built in the U.K., is a multifunctional alfresco spit roasting oven made entirely from catering grade stainless steel. It can roast whole deer, lamb, chicken, pigs and catering turkeys all up to a maximum of 80kg.
Example: 55kg animal takes 4-4.5 hours to cook. 100kg of topside beef cooks in 3 hours.
It can also double up as a griddle, bar-b-q and bain marie and, using the unique carousel attachment (optional extra), can cook up to 240 jacket potatoes, 48 chickens, or 90kg of boned and rolled meat. It also cooks fish in the carousel.
The “Cotswold Roaster" can be used indoors provided the gas is located outdoors
(to comply with fire regulations).
